Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered cosmetic, skincare, personal care, or beauty products unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery and provide your order number along with the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
